Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your order will likely be delivered within a few days, but in the meantime, it's best to check with your neighbors and/or the post office! If you don't receive your order within a few days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Please note that orders usually take 1–2 full business days before delivery. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
